Here at Next Generation Marketing, Inc., we are a very unique team that most people are not used to being a part of or even seeing within business. When a new member of our team walks in the door are given the unique opportunity to get a personal mentor a coach that will help show them the ropes and show them exactly what they need to learn to be able to grow within the organization.
We decided to ask the CEO/ Founder of NGM, Kevin Braden about his theory on why having a coach is so important. Here is what he said:
"Let’s talk about how to find five coaches for your business. It’s so important when you’re starting a business to find mentors and I’m talking about quality mentors that will help you get from point A to Z. When I talk about finding coaches I’m not talking about finding people to do the work for you, you still have to put in the work. The coaches I’m talking about are people that have had success in their life and can give you pointers to keep you moving in the right direction. These five coaches can be from various different backgrounds as long as they’ve had success in their field. Choose wisely and pull three from your industry and 2 from totally different fields. Be careful not to choose people that will just build you up but people that have a genuine interest in your goals and are willing to tell you how it really is. I’m not looking for cheerleaders I’m looking for people that will give me that kick in the pants when I really need it."
